I think this is one of my absolute favorite recipes. These mug cakes are serious heaven and a must-make. With only 5 ingredients, they are also super healthy and dairy-free, grain-free, and added-sugar FREE! You could also throw in lots of different ingredients (think blueberries, chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, protein powder) to mix up the flavor.
Line mug with coconut oil
In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth
Pour batter into mug and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
