SIMPLE GRAIN-FREE TRAIL MIX


I never leave home without some kind of snack, like a bar (I LOVE RxBars!), nuts, seeds, or fruit.  My goal for a snack is that it is easy-to-eat and nutrient dense. This simple grain-free trail mix is packed with healthy fats, fiber and protein. It also has no-added sugars but still satisfies a sweet tooth. I love making this recipe in bulk and carrying around smaller portions in ziploc bags or tupperware. It's also delicious sprinkled over yogurt or a smoothie bowl. Happy Snacking!


Ingredients: *Feel free to play around with proportions of specific ingredients depending on what you like the most! -1/4 cup Sliced Raw Almonds -1/4 cup Walnuts -2 TBSP Hemp Seeds -1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes -1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds -1/4 cup Goji Berries -1/4 cup Mulberries -2 TBSP Unsweetened Carob Chips -Cinnamon Sprinkle to taste (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep in an air-tight container!
